Sizemore Todd’s Townie

Sizemore Bicycle Todd's Townie

Taylor Sizemore obviously takes as much pride in his photography as he does in his frame building—the images of his last build, the NY Commuter, created a small hurricane on the web with an ethereal, intimidating atmosphere. Todd’s Townie has been portrayed equally emotively, describing a bike that’s simultaneously rugged, dignified and enigmatic.

Ultra-comfortable Nitto mustache bars provide a perfect match with the Victorian elegance, while NOS CLB levers, Newbaum’s tape and a vintage Ideale saddle add a textural variation to the matte black paint. A dynamo hub-driven Busch & Müller LUMOTEC Lyt N Plus will illuminate the ride home during the dark winter evenings. The brass Zach Hoffner-designed Sizemore logo on the head tube is, like the gleaming eye of a raven, a stark contrast against the dark finish.

Taylor is rapidly developing a singular portfolio and subtle style, keep an eye on his website, journal and Facebook page for updates.
