Team Festka Australia

In what is both a smart and exciting move for Festka, the #MADE4CHAMPS program was launched on January 26th 2015. The Czech Republic’s subversive custom frame building house is offering race teams a full equipment program, inspired by the supply of six bikes to Team Festka Australia.

This is one of the six: Festka’s titanium Asphalt model, built for one of the Team Festka Australia riders. As part of the program, which is offered worldwide, teams can order four or more from the range: the carbon fiber ONE or Zero 2.0, the ti Asphalt, or the steel XCr Modern, XCr Classic or Racer.

“We have prepared a special deal for existing teams as well as for those yet to be established. For a limited time we are offering a considerable discount when purchasing Festka frames, laced Rocket Wheels or fully set up bicycles featuring select, top-quality components.

“The teams can be professional cyclists or even training groups without racing ambitions; groups that simply ride for pleasure and fun,” says Festka co-owner, Michael Mourecek.

The paint design can be standard or custom but must be unified, and component selection can be customised to suit personal preference. The Team Festka Australia bikes are a perfect example, with nearly one from each model represented, all with matching color schemes, including the forks and 3T stems, but with different groupsets.

Matching kit and bidons are also available, making the #MADE4CHAMPS offer a nearly irresistible one for riding groups or racing teams. Building them all up together will prove to be a mammoth task for your local mechanic, however, but Zak of Sydney’s Skunkworks Bikes had the Team Australia bikes in well and truly in hand.

The offer ends on March 10th 2015, the International Day of Awesomeness. Head to the #MADE4CHAMPS website for more information, and see more of the Team Australia bikes by hitting the #teamfestkaaustralia hashtag on Instagram. Special thanks to Terence Chin for the photography.
