Just as the 2018 Tour de France hits the mountains, Festka has released a maillot jaune-flavoured interpretation of their carbon Spectre model, to symbolize and celebrate the 105th La Grand Boucle.
The Czech builder wasn’t keeping quiet — they’ve obviously been busy redesigning their website and restructuring their business model — but the TdF Edition Spectre came out of the blue. Or perhaps we just didn’t notice it because of its razzle camouflage.
As this is being written, the peloton is drifting towards the first alpine summit of this year’s Tour, and you can imagine what an inspiration it would be to ride an alp on this Festka — Allez! Allez! Allez! (Come on!) emblazoned across the handlebars.
The TdF Spectre will only be offered from the 7th — 29th of July 2018 in two complete builds: Ultegra and Dura-Ace versions, and as a frameset. Head to the Festka website, click on the BUY button, fill in the details and their Concierge will get in touch with you.
