If you’ve been considering buying a ticket in the 2019 Builders for Builders Raffle, you’re almost out of time. It’s a great benefit and a chance to win your own custom-made bike by one of five of the best makers in the States — and you’ll be helping out the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship at the same time.
The 2019 Builders for Builders Raffle brings together Mosaic Cycles, Stinner Frameworks, Argonaut Cycles, Sklar Bikes, and McGovern Cycles to offer a lucky ticket holder a one-of-a-kind bike, outfitted with a custom paint job, ENVE wheels and cockpit, made to measure just for you.
From the SBTS website: “I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to be involved with this fundraiser,” said Greg Williams, SBTS executive director. “Thanks to Builders for Builders, last year we were able to put $40,000 back into the community through trail projects like Beckwourth Peak Trail and Mills Peak Trail. Without programs like Builders for Builders, we wouldn’t be as effective in funding new recreation opportunities – what we like to call ‘dirt magic’ – for the public.”
The competition is only open to residents of North America, but with only a few hours left before the cutoff time, you’d better get in quick. Tickets can be purchased through the SBTS website, which also has all the details and photos of last years bikes.
